Last week, Year 5 Willow Class enjoyed an unforgettable experience at their very first residential trip to Castlerigg Manor. The theme for this year was Advent, and the children embraced it wholeheartedly through a variety of creative and reflective activities.
They made their own rosary beads, crafted beautiful candles, and designed Christmas cards for people who might not otherwise receive one—spreading kindness and joy in the true spirit of the season.
It was a wonderful opportunity for the children to learn, grow, and share, and we are so proud of their enthusiasm and thoughtfulness throughout the trip!
