Last half-term, Sycamore Class went to Winmarleigh for their residential. It was amazing! We did lots of problem-solving activities from building shelters to acting and learnt lots of new skills from fencing and archery to raft-building and fire-lighting. We stepped out of our comfort zones to scale climbing walls, go soaring on the giant swing and zoom across fields on the zip-wire. The children were wonderfully behaved and complimented by every member of staff for their manners and abilities. They were a credit to St Bernadette’s and all their parents.
