
In Elm class this week we have been practicing preparing vegetables and herbs that we might want to use in a recipe. We have practiced chopping, grating, snipping and spreading ingredients. Then we got to taste everything!

We tried vegetables such as avocado and spring onion, spreads like hummus and mayo and even herbs such as Parsley and Coriander (not many of us liked coriander). We are going to use our tasting sheets to help us design and create a healthy wrap fit for an Olympian.
