This term, the children in Years 3 and 4 had the opportunity to attend an after-school football club. Throughout the sessions, they focused on developing key skills such as passing, shooting, and, most importantly, teamwork.
At the end of each session, the children played matches against one another. On the final club evening, all participants were placed into mixed teams to compete for a trophy. Well done to everyone involved—there was some excellent teamwork and impressive individual skill on display.
Congratulations to the White Bibs Team, who won the trophy on goal difference!
A big thank you to Miss Taylor for assisting with the club, and to George from Year 6, who helped with various tasks each evening and did a fantastic job refereeing.
