As a Catholic caring community, we feel moved to respond and time is of the essence.
For this reason, this Friday 7th May, we are having a Mufti Day (£1 donations via Parent Pay or cash). The children are welcome to wear their own clothes and we have suggested any combination of blue, green, yellow, and white to represent the Indian Flag could be worn.
There will also be a cake sale. Please do not bring in cakes, these will be supplied by school due to Covid restrictions. Cakes will be £1 each.
All money will be sent to CAFOD’s Coronavirus appeal.
At this time of pandemic,
Let us foster respect and solidarity with others, especially those who are weak or poor.
Let us remain calm and ignore unsubstantiated rumours.
Let us take advantage of living together as a family.
Let us attend to moments of prayer.
Let us cultivate responsibility, patience and hope.
Amen.
